We can't imagine a music festival without awesome installations by talented artists, so it's with great excitement that we're accepting applications from artists looking to share their work with the LBMF community!
How to Apply: Please email Art@LightningBugMusicFestival.com with the requested information below by Monday, August 1st to be considered for the selection. The sooner you apply the better!

Theme: Lightning Bug Music Festival is a non-profit with a mission to shed light on how important live music is for the mental well-being of fans and artists. Supporting organizations such as Backline, we're creating a festival experience that encourages fans and artists to Remember Who the Heck You Really Are. With our mission in mind, we're interested in pieces reflecting the connection between music and mental health.
Chosen Artists: Those selected will receive: (2) weekend passes to Lightning Bug Music Festival 2022, Access to the festival grounds on Thursday, September 8th to set up/install your piece, and the opportunity to share your art with the Lightning Bug community!
Additionally, chosen artists will be responsible for dismantling their pieces on Sunday, September 11th if they would like to keep their pieces. If pieces are not retrieved on Sunday, they will be donated or disposed of.
